I bought a Ford Ranger April 2002

I have not had a chance to reply to any of the direct marketing tools or phone calls that I recieve from Villa Fords staff.

I want to let you and your superiors know that I have never had as much a** kissing as I have had with Villa-Ford....
I love it.....you reinforce that customer service is king and I have told everyone I know about how completely satisfied I have been with the respectfulness, service and genuine concern I have had with my purchase.  I would not hesitate at all to send you any of my friends becuase I know that they will get the awesome service that I have had....

I withheld any feedback for Villa-Ford till I had some miles on the truck....the truck has been running awesome
I have come to love my new ranger and brought it back to Villa-Ford to get a radiator hose replaced and I got a free wax and rub out of some wierd stuff on the paint.............never a question, never a bill......WOW

I am genuinely impressed

I am pushing two years on my ownership of the Ranger and intend to trade her up next year around april 2004 (2 yrs)
I also will be looking to get my wife into something a little newer and I will guarantee that I will be giving Villa-Ford the first visit when I start shopping........

Thank You for showing me that customer service is not a dead concept in the new millenium and here is some direct feedback to you and your superiors to let you know that all of your after sales support and literature does make a substantial difference to your owners

everyone...without exception gets a favorable response on the vehicle and mostly on Villa-Ford when they ask me about my truck.........
